1. General Information

2. Non-binding reservation

 

Submitting a reservation through the booking system is not binding for the provider.
The reservation becomes binding only after it is confirmed by e-mail. The provider reserves the right to decline any reservation without giving a reason.

3. Reservation cancellation by the client

 

The reservation may be cancelled at any time.
If cancelled less than 24 hours before the booked time, the provider reserves the right to refuse future reservations from the client.

4. Client conduct and service conditions

 

The client must arrive on time and respect the salon rules. The provider may interrupt or stop the session at any time in case of inappropriate behaviour.

5. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

 

The data controller is Markéta Fialová, ID No. 17804230. Personal data is processed for the purpose of handling reservations, customer communication, and marketing.

By submitting a reservation, the client agrees to the processing of personal data in accordance with GDPR.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties except for technical processing (e.g., booking system).

 

The client may request the modification or deletion of personal data at info@praguetantra.cz.

6. Marketing communication

By submitting a reservation, the client agrees to receive marketing messages (news, offers, discounts). This consent can be withdrawn at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” or by sending a request to info@praguetantra.cz.

7. Final provisions

These terms are valid from the date of publication and may be updated. The current version is always available at praguetantra.cz.
